THE ROLL STORY ...
Stuart Hunter - Founder.
Our story is born out of our personal experience and our passion. That riding bikes transforms people, and transforms communities for the better.
BIKES. CHANGE. LIVES
Whether it’s connecting people to community activities, making friends from group bike rides, allowing families to spend time together, improving our health, riding for a cause, or just simply taking time to enjoy our city’s unique neighborhoods and country roads; bikes can (and do) change people’s lives. If more people can experience the positivity that riding bikes brings, and if together we give people the opportunity to find their own ride, then we all move forward. That's our goal.
With 12 years of history in our shops, selling thousands of pretty great bikes, we found ourselves with a mission. To conceive, to design, and to build a bike that met our own higher standards, and fulfill our every last wish for the bikes we wanted to ride. With determination and enthusiasm we began the journey, starting from scratch, fixating on every last detail to build the bikes we are proud to own, and share with you today. We invite you to join us and to find your ride.
We are proud of our roots in Columbus, Ohio and strive to be role models in our community. Through our existing roll: Model collaborations we are lucky to focus our efforts and financial resources on individuals and organizations that share our vision that bikes can (and do!) change lives. We actively look for opportunities where we can amplify existing initiatives in which bikes can play a meaningful role in helping organizations and individuals towards their goals. Whether that’s for health and wellness, for transportation, or just simply to share the love of bikes with a wider audience, our work is guided by our company values; Celebrate All Riders, and Make a difference!
The ride will be followed by a Barbecue, Expo & Festival for all participants. Friends and family are invited to the Barbecue, Expo, and Festival with an admission ticket purchase for all over the age of 10. Kids under 10 will be FREE.
This ride will support continued research and awareness for ALS, which is a devastating, BEAST of a disease and robs the patient their ability to speak, walk, eat, and ultimately breathe.
